About Deborah Elizabeth Huczek
I’m an Argentine lawyer with a deep passion for justice—what’s fair, reasonable, and right. My legal career has been shaped not only by professional ambition but also by personal resilience. I became a mother at a very young age, and alongside raising four children with my foreign husband, I built a path of academic excellence, litigation expertise, and independent legal thought.
Today, I am the founder and director of INA Law Firm, an international, multicultural legal practice where I lead the strategic direction of every case. I work as an independent litigator and legal strategist known for thinking critically, acting decisively, and advocating relentlessly.
I earned my law degree from the Argentine Federal Police University Institute, specialized in criminal law at the University of Buenos Aires, and hold an International Master of Laws (LL.M.) in criminal and civil litigation with honors from California Western School of Law in the United States. I am proud to be the first Argentine to earn this distinction, a milestone that has allowed me to teach and train judges, lawyers, prosecutors, and defenders both in Argentina and internationally.
I’ve completed a PhD in Legal Sciences at the Catholic University of Argentina and am currently writing my thesis on criminal and immigration law. I am also certified as an International Speaker, Coach, and Public Speaker by the John Maxwell Team, with training in voice-over, public speaking, and media communication from nationally recognized institutions.
My expertise spans across criminal and immigration law. I’ve completed numerous international postgraduate programs in the U.S., including a notable negotiation course at Harvard University, and regularly contribute legal insight to legislative discussions. Notably, I addressed the Argentine Congress regarding Decree 70/2017, which amended the Immigration Law.
I represented victims of serious crimes as part of Propaque, the Complaint Sponsorship Program of the CPACF and the Argentine Ministry of Justice, and have been a speaker at many academic forums and conferences. My work has been published in major Argentine media outlets—Clarín, La Nación, La Prensa, Infobae, Iprofesional, Telam, and more. I am also frequently invited to share legal analysis on national and international news channels, including CNN, Channel 13, C5N, TN, La Nación+, and others.
In addition to scholarly articles, I am co-author of “Orality and Civil Process” (Rubinzal Culzoni) and co-wrote “Immigrants and the Progress of Argentina” with Dr. Raúl Alberto Ricardes (Autores de Argentina).
I continue to pursue my mission: to defend rights, train legal minds, and build bridges between legal systems, always with integrity, courage, and an unwavering sense of justice.
